The farm claims historical origines. In fact since the early 1900s our family, owner of large plots on the hill of Montecatini Alto (300msl) was mainly devoted to the collection of olives for oil production. We still cultivate with the same passion and care more than 1000 olive trees, expecially Frantoio and Leccino. The olives harvest begins in October and usually ends in the month of December. The olives are transported to the mill at the end of the day, after the harvest and they are milled within twenty-four hours after the collection at the Cooperativa Olivicoltori Valdinievole with a very modern machinery. We can obtain an high quality product thanks to the just picked olives processed almost immediately.

Our oil has been appreciated for years in Italy an abroad too. During the period when there isn’t the olives harvest we cultivate vegetables and fruits with the same passion, we especially produce cherries, indeed we have about 40 plants; and the high quantity of natural products allow us to sell them to the families.
