Luca Morganti, Florentine by birth, began taking an interest in world of food since 1985 and, in particular, the confectionery sector, rising from catering to the bakery. Then, after an intense period in the field of ice cream, he meets the intriguing world of chocolate that passion to such an extent as to induce him to open a small workshop on the outskirts of Florence.
