FATTORIA DI GRATENA, Pieve a Maiano

Fattoria di Gratena is a certified Organic wine farm located near the city of Arezzo, 180HA of which 16 are vinyards and 10 Ha are olive plants. The property has been bought by the family Sieni in the year 1968.

It is a very well organized company with its products well distributed in some of the best places worldwide.
The top wine of the company is called SIRO composed of a new grape found into the wine farm and now after three years studing by the University of Milan it has been registered with the name GRATENA BLACK.
Therefore a new grape of which we are the sole producer and distributor worldwide.

Total production of the company can be different according to the sesaons and could be of about 100.000 bottles divided in four labels, Gratena Chianti docg and Rapozzo Da Maiano Chianti Riserva Docg both made with Sangiovese 100%; Siro One Hundred IGT and Siro Fifty IGT are made with our own grape.
