Francesco and Veronica Passerin d’Entrèves offers a selection of products made in respect of the tradition and of the philosophy that the wine must be expression of its “terroir”. Besides the Chianti, the estate propose the “Chianti Riserva”, “Le Veglie di Neri”, “ Il Matto delle Giuncaie”, “Sereno e Nuvole” and “Dolci ricordi”, names inspired to the Novels of the writer Renato Fucini. The newly born wine is “All’Aria Aperta” a rosè made by 100% Sangiovese.
The olive-groves have an extension of about 15 hectares made by different varieties like Frantoio, Leccino, Pendolino and Moraiolo, which make the extraordinary Dianella olive oil rich of intensity and personality.
