We are a Food Artisan with over 20 years of experience in preparing Tuscan-inspired dishes using seasonal produce sourced entirely locally.
Our philosophy is based on the principle that “To have a good product you need to have a good supplier,” and this is why we always choose to buy all our ingredients from local farmers, butchers and businesses. To cook them in a healthy and authentic way, without using additives, dyes, or preservatives, we stay faithful to that philosophy.
Our goal is to re-create dishes that capture the lost flavors traditional to our native Tuscany. It is thanks to this passion and our way of working in a sustainable and responsible way, that we proud to be part of Mercatale of Montevarchi.
