I FORTINI, Pietrasanta

In the workroom of Via della Sipe, near Pietrasanta, Fortini are kneads still in the most traditional way, choosing the world’s best ingredients and without adding any preservative in the dough.
The Fortini’s dough is hand-rolled and then left to rest in cold room. So, from the cut of dough rolls, borns cookies that are baked, cooled naturally and finally packaged one by one. Because only whit this care and whit strict observance of processing times Fortini can today be considered so good.
