La Poderina Toscana was born in 1996 from the idea of Fausto Borselli; he planted Olive trees and Vines to start an organic production of the famous Olio Extravergine di Oliva Toscano Igp and Vino Montecucco Rosso Doc. He renovated wild fields with selected varieties of olive trees to create a very wide range of Olive Oils and have more choices of tastes and flavours. We can find Olivastra Seggianese, Frantoio, Leccino, Pendolino, Correggiolo and Maurino, each one with different features and peculiarities. The philosophy is completely organic oriented, nature respectful and with the less impact possible for the production process.

From 2005 Davide Borselli replaced Fausto and created the current selections of oils and wines with specific labels: Golden label is the monovariety of Olivastra Seggianese, that achieved the P.D.O. Seggiano, Silver label is a blend composed by Correggiolo, Frantoio, Leccino and Olivastra and Gocce di Montegiovi.
Poderina Toscana wines are from organic production: Marracone Montecucco Doc, Maremma Toscana Igt Intregona, Primo Passo di Montegiovi.
