Villa Loggio Winery and Boutique Hotel is located in the southern part of the Cortona municipality on a country estate that once belonged to the aristocratic family Venuti of Cortona. The complex dates back to the seventeenth century and consists of the main villa, for which the winery is named, and two historical farms situated on nearly 100 hectares of land, much of which is cultivated for wine production. Poised on a range of undulating hills that rise above the Chiana Valley, the Winery’s situation forms the perfect location for viticulture and creates an ideal oenological environment. Today, the winery continues to be an important estate associated with Tuscany’s venerable wine culture and the history of the city of Cortona.
